Footwear returns

Manufacturers release new styles of footwear very frequently therefore delivery times are time sensitive. Due to this, we are not able to be flexible with our returns or exchanges pertaining to footwear. However, we will accept returns on footwear only within 30 days according to our guidelines.

1-10 days return 100% credit back to your account minus 5% credit card /Restocking fee

11-20 days return 70% credit back to your account minus 5% credit card /Restocking fee

21-30 days return 50% credit back to your account minus 5% credit card fRestocking fee


If you are not sure this product is right for you please try them on carpet-- do not play or wear them outside. Any scratch, grass stain, or astro turf stain the shoes have will leave them in unsellable condition and we will not return or exchange them. However, if the shoes are in perfect condition and are resellable then we will follow the guidelines above. All subject to the professional opinion at Soccer Mall.

Defective credit can be used as a store credit or exchange and cannot be refunded. What defines a defective shoe is subject to the professional opinion at Soccer Mall.  Examples of normal wear include situations like small separation between the upper and the sole is not considered defective.  Any sign of toe dragging during play that damages the front of the shoe is not considered manufacturer's defect . After 60 days any defect will have to be taken to the manufacture directly.

Apparel returns

Apparel must not be worn for any occasion before a return or exchange.  The tag must be still attached to the item getting returned or exchanged. The item must not laundered, have a stain, or have any odor. Examples include: the smell of perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke or any other odor. Soccer Mall staff catches these signs very quickly and if there is any issue with the item it will not be exchanged or returned.  If the item is approved for return or exchange it will follow these guidelines:

No returns or exchanges on customized items. Any items that we have added: a logo , number, patch , flag, name, or number is not returnable and it is considered customized.  NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES FINAL.


All CLEARANCE items are final with no refund or exchange.  NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES FINAL.



Without having proof of purchase we are not able to process your RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DEFECTS.  Proof of purchase can be your email confirmation, ORDER NUMBER, or receipt.  If using an order number we will also need the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the packing list that you received from us, and the name of the person that bought it from us.  WE WILL NEED ALL THIS INFORMATION TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.


Online Returns

Online returns follow the same guidelines as in-store purchases. However, shipping and handling on an item must be paid for by the customer. Shipping cost are subject to the price of the item. Soccer Mall is not responsible of the cost of shipping and handling.



If a customer purchases an item on our online website the customer will pay for the cost of the item and the shipping and handling. If for any reason when the customer receives the product and decides to return or exchange it they must pay for the shipping cost to send it back to Soccer Mall.  A Soccer Mall employee will then inspect the item and apply our return/ exchange policy (stated above) on the product.  If the product can be returned the cost of the item only will be refunded. If the item can be exchanged the customer will have to pay for the new exchanged product to be shipped back to them. If for any reason the product can not be returned or exchanged the customer would have a choice to pay for the original product to be shipped back to them or cut the losses and have the item damaged out without a refund.  Defects follow the same guidelines.



There are many shipping methods available some cost less the others and it may take longer to get to you.

Sure post - is a service that is offered by UPS and generally takes about a week to two weeks for delivery.


Economy shipping  - Surepost is a service combination of UPS and USPS and delivery time is 1-2 weeks. This is not a guarantee of time but generally arrives within that time.

    Free shipping does not apply to pugg goals or big goals or equipment or any oversized items.   Free shipping does not apply to any dropship items from manufacturer.   Also NO FREE shipping for  team orders.


    All returns must be shipped to us in a box. The box of the shoes can not be used as a shipping box.  Example, please do not use the box that the shoe came with and use that as the shipping box. Any label stickers or tape marks on the shoe box itself will not be acceptable and it will not be in sellable condition. Due to that we cannot sell it to another customer.  We only sell new products and we will not ship any products that are not 100% perfect to our customers. We love our loyal customers and we will give them 100% satisfaction. Please understand if the product,  the box or the packaging is damaged we will not be able to return them for you. If we receive the product that do not follow our guideline we will simply put the product back in the box and send them back to you and you will be responsible for shipping charges.

    Process orders and delivery

    1- In store merchandise generally ships within 1-2 business days and see different services at the checkout.

    2- Team orders- Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be complete, since we order them from manufacturer and then we customize it for you by adding logos and numbers Etc…

    3- Drop ship from manufacturer- In case we are short of a  merchandise that you ordered we might have to split your order and send you multiple shipment one from us and the other from the manufacturer.

    Ground service - Normal delivery about a week to 10 days.


    USPS united state postal service does not deliver on Sundays

    UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays

    Surepost economy delivery within 2 weeks - packages will be delivered to you by USPS

    Ground - Delivered about a week based on location, if you are within Phoenix metro area you should received your order within two days.
